We are an international mould design , and supply company in South Africa , and have given Koodoo business. We placed an order on the 28th November 2017 , and now 212 days late with this project.
The issues are:
1. Breach of supply contract
2. Late/Non-Delivery
3. Taking deposits and not sticking to supply agreements
4. Refusing to pay deposits , while at the same time not delivering moulds
5. Refusing to communicate
6. Exceptionally poor quality moulds that are weak , badly designed and full of welding
7. Issuing guarantees for moulds that it cannot honour.
