I bought 15 refurbished phones + 50 USB flashdrives from the company. A salesgirl named Lisa Lee conducted the transaction. I paid her upfront including DHL up to my home in Botswana. Payment was done through Bank Transfer. After payment done, she took one week to prepare the goods and ship. This is the first bad experience as she told me the goods were already prepared and waiting for my payment. Second shock i got is that when i went to DHL to collect the goods. To my shock, only 12 phones and 28 USB drives came. 3 phones and 22 USB drives were never sent. Third shock: out of the 12 phones, 1 is faulty. It is not even powering up. 4th shock: out of the 11 phones, 7 phones were fake! When i asked for reimbursement, i received none! They just don’t even reply…
