Global connected me with the JinJiang Company. I was looking for stainless steel and tin cups/mugs.
I made agreement with JinJiang to purchase stainless steel (SS) and tin cups. I’ve been working with “Peter” “sales91@jiaxingwear.com and then with his supposed supervisor “Andy”.
I gave them the sizes, weights, quantities and shipping location. We came an agreed pricing for the cups. I signed the Performa invoice and wired them a deposit of $8,001.20, which is 50% of the total order of $16,002.40. I provided them the logos for the cups. They sent samples which were not the correct sizes or weights and the logos weren’t even printed centered on the cups. They sent another set of samples which still weren’t the correct size or weight. They said they couldn’t make the SS cups without buying special materials (6mm SS) and we would have to purchase a larger quantity.
We negotiated a lower price for the lesser quality/weight cup (5mm SS). Then they changed and said they couldn’t make the tin cups in the amount that was agreed on (5000 ea) and that we needed to increase the order. They’ve tried to increase the prices on both the SS and Tin cups. I told them I was not increasing the quantity, nor the price. Now they say they cannot fill the tin cup order because it is to low and will cost them too much. They only want to fill the SS cup order, but want me to increase the quantity and price.
Since they have broken the contract/performa agreement, I have asked for my full deposit back. I’ve been asking for my money back for more than a month now.
Now I’ve received a message they want to charge me $1,600 USD for 3 logo plate charges and “other expenses”. The original plate charges were to be $200.00 each.
If they’d filled the order as agreed, with the correct cups as they said they could, we wouldn’t have this problem and I would have my order. They have cost me a lot of time and effort for nothing and now they want to charge me $1,600, NO!
They need to refund the full amount of my deposit. This is their fault that they didn’t and couldn’t fill the order as agreed. They lied about what they could provide.
If this is the kind/s of companies Global does business with, I will look elsewhere to find a new company. This has been very frustrating and a bad experience and I plan on reporting this anywhere I can on the web. Everyone should know what a scam JinJiang company is and to stay away from them.
I hope that Global can help resolve this to clear their name and provide me with a better manufacturer to do business with. This is just some fraudulent scam company. This makes me leery of doing any kind of business with Global and any of the company’s on their website.

Lily, her boss named Roy and her manager Holly were very professional in tricking us.
At first, We had a quotation from this factory for producing blankets of two different size, we agreed on a FOB unit price for 0.93 $ and 0.92 $. When receiving the first quotation (Available proof) we noticed that the unit price mentioned on the PI is Ex-Works and not FOB as agreed, so we ask them to change the PI to FOB price instead of Ex-works .
The first surprise was that they increased the unit price from 0.93 $ and 0.92 $ to 0.99 $ and 0.1 $. The difference between the first quotation and the second is around 70.000 dollars, so we refuse it and informed Lily to keep the price as it is (Ex-Works) and we will handle getting the order from their factory to the port (Available proofs) Accordingly they asked for the sample fees of 350 $
The second surprise was that before sending the fees our financial department discovered that this factory is blacklisted according to the links hereunder:

Certainly we sent these links to Lily asking her for clarifications, being a scammer she sent us a very convincing email explaining the content of these links in a very professional way continuing her scamming plan. The third and biggest surprise was when I received suddenly a group request on my WeChat, the group was Lily’s Boss named Roy and Lily’s Manager Holly whom we don’t know at all and first time we hear about them during more than 45 days negotiations. The main objective of creating this group was discussing the PI unit price from the beginning as they did with other customers mentioned in the links.
Roy, the big boss of a factory having 1000 employees pretended that he was not aware of the quotation that Lily prepared!! A deal of around one million dollar and the boss is not aware!!!!
The increase was around 30 % and the new unit price 1.34 $ and 1.23 $ (Available proof )
Obviously we refused this increase and informed them that we already sent their first quotation to the Airline Company and there is no way to amend it and if we do we will lose this order and all the business of this Airline company which constitute around 80 % of our total revenues.
At this stage Roy suggested a very funny solution to keep the same unit price, decreasing the sizes of the blankets and suggested a size of one square meter less only! It was such an excellent proposal that we couldn’t believe that he is talking seriously or it is just a silly joke. (Available proof)
The fourth surprise, this Boss Roy asked us to pay additional 340.000 $ for a mistake he did and by the way I doubt it was a mistake this is this factory strategy in hunting customers, they give you first a very low price to pull you in the trap and after being there, they start changing the deal and the conditions and put you in the corner. After that we sent a complaint to Ms. Irene Zhong, STS Manager at made-in-China, who spoke to them and again Roy told her that it was a mistake done by Lily, as simple as that. (Available proof)
