User Experience:
We have bought since several years from this supplier one type of Micro controller without problem. Middle of this year we also bought the same IC from the supplier. After functional all worked, but on finally AQL test we found many pcs which didn’t worked.

We made additional burn in test and found many IC’s which broke after one day of work. I complained to the supplier, but he didn’t really care after some weeks he response everything is our problem and stopped talking to me.

We were forced to buy this component for high price from a European distributor and for quality reason we have reworked more than 300 micro controllers.

Additional problem was that our accounted has made double payment to the company. which previously wasn’t a problem, because we anyhow needed a second batch this year. Now I have a big damage because of rework, faked/refurbished IC and double payment.

Supplier isn’t responding to mail and Skype and also ignores my telephone calls.

User Recommendations:
Please don’t buy from this supplier!

It’s strange for me you wrote it’s a company from Austria. May be BUYER’s location is Austria? I know Bonase for a few years and they always say they are Chinese company from Shenzhen. Real address and contacts here: http://www.bonasehk.com/contact.asp
They sell regular chinese IC parts as many brokers do there. I know Vincent Hong, their manager. He offered to me many items but I never bought anything because did not trust their parts are not fake.

      Hello,

      Yes, this is correct.
Buyer is from Austria. Supplier from Shenzhen China.

I’m trying to call vincent several times a day by mobile and skype, but he didn’t answer my mails.
Now I have contacted a local lawyer to collect our money from bonase.
