We had an order for Shade nets products with this company, Invoice valued is over 12,600USD. Their quoted price was lower than other suppliers in the market. They asked 20% payment in advance (2,500USD we already paid to them), and the balance should be paid against shipment delivered. Lead time delivery is 30days after receiving the deposit, but then they did not ship the goods as agreement, and did not want to pay back the money to us until today.
