We had an online transaction with the above Company last August, 2018 to purchase materials specifically SS 316L PLATE and to be shipped to Doha, Qatar as per Proforma Invoice attached. We have transferred an amount of USD 43,000.00 on 05 August 2018 as -20% advance against our Purchase Order dated July 31st 2018 thru our Bank, Commercial Bank of Qatar to Agricultural Bank of China to the account of the said Company (Please see attached letter of transfer).
Unfortunately the company did not carry out the transaction so I went to China to personally settle the problem. Our contact persons promised to meet us but they reschedule the meeting several times delaying the transaction. We tried our best to reach out to them but in spite of our concerted efforts they did not cooperate and I come to know that the office and factory address they claimed were nonexistent and the main contact person has false identity. I tried to negotiate and ask them to return the money if they cannot supply the materials but they refused and threaten us if we insist for the claim.
