We placed an order for electronics components on 5//21/18. We received a proforma invoice which required payment up front. We paid the invoice in full ($624) via wire transfer. Despite multiple emails and even some responses from Rose Chan at HK Electronics saying the order was on its way, we never received our order. After 6/19/18, Ms Chan stopped responding to email. Phone calls are not answered. When attempting to find additional contact information for this company today, we found it listed on Supplier Blacklist.

The Supplier is providing 14 USD IC on 176 USD. Once refused, the supplier seems desperate. Looks like a complete fraud. Thanks for your post for confirming the same.
