If you make prepayment you will lose your money.
Our experience:
Company checked, samples received. We have agreed with the company about MOQ to print our version on package for all products. We have fixed prices and qty.
After our company made prepayment and they received it we were informed that their company director recalculated costs and cannot ship products to us using our version of package. If we want to print our package we need to increase price by 25%. They knew that we cannot use Chinese package on our market, we have discussed this question before and agreed to print our package beforehand. This was ridiculous and we decided to cancel the order due to the fact that production was not started.
Chinese company replied that they will not send us back full prepayment due to their expenses neglecting the fact that we have agreed in written form that they will use our package and we will get certain products for exact price (reasonable) in exact QTY.
Chinese company have held our money for another 1.5 month using different reasons as an excuse. Finally when we were ready for legal actions they have returned 50% of prepayment to us.
Due to the fact that this is not fair business behavior and fraud we would like to warn everybody about possible consequences if you choose to work with that company (companies).
Even if they do have real product our experience showed:
• People who work in those companies lack of expertise and bring too many problems even during solution of very simple questions
• They do not reply emails and phone calls when they fill that the topic is not convenient for them, can even ignore important production questions for days in a row.
• Quality of the products they offer finally were decided to be very poor due to problems with connectors, electronic schemes etc.
• Products price is not reasonable and out of the market completely making their products not competitive.
