We as Jatz International Corp, proposed to brasmacol ltd in Brazil a project using the Draw-Back System with a sample made by them. The owner (giovani colognese) decided to manufacture without our authorization much of the raw material, which resulted in a product without quality, they only wanted volume, from there we requested a guarantee in writing and we obtained it signed and notarized by the owner (giovani colognese). When the products arrived in pallets checked one by one of them with defects, then we reported to brasmacol ltd, and they said that the guarantee was only for Brazilian customers. We have made many attempts to mediate with them and it was no possible,for this reason we denounce them before any organization and association so that it does not happen to other companies here in USA.
