I was looking for a particular style of Van shoes and was struggling to find a seller with the right size, by the time I came across lifestyleplants.co.nz I was so happy to find the right size that I didn’t think to look at it closer even though I remember thinking the name was a bit odd. As I was searching on my phone it wasn’t obvious that it wasn’t a secure site either. I paid over $130nz including postage for supposedly Van shoes I ordered but then no confirmation came through by email so I started to get suspicious. After a few days the money showed up as on hold on my account so I contacted my bank & cancelled my card.

The money finally showed as being charged in Chinese yuan so I reported the website to the Abuse Mitigation Team at the
Public Domain Registry & I heard back today 29/8/18 that the domain has been suspended. 2 days ago amazingly I received shoes from Deng Ru, unfortunately they were the wrong shoes and no doubt fake. In all this time I have received absolutely no communication from them to confirm that I have made the purchase and it will be delivered & no answer to the several emails I’ve send through the Contact us section of the site. I originally made the purchase on Thursday 9th Aug & the payment went through on the 15th showing as paid to Aip*gzxswhmy Ta C 09 converted into Chinese Yuan
so it’s obviously not a New Zealand site as they are pretending to be.
