I had ordered Ecco shoes through www.stadtfluchtfestival.net Cheap shoes of a unknown brand and absolutely different colour had been delivered. The website displays the information in German. However, there’s no evidence of any physical address in any of German-speaking countries. Despite of my attempts to contact their so-called 24/7 customer service support and then file a report for returning a wrong item, no one got back to me with the explanation and a possible solution for this dispute
