Dave ordered 2 floats with Forest Cui in Victor Floats Co., Ltd at 30th, October , 2017, and remit us$5250 as deposit at 1st , Nov, 2017, during manufacturing, around 2 month later, Dave received the supplier feedback of progress photos of horse floats, but Dave found some parts like divider color, water tank space not arranged rightly, so Dave ask them to change to my idea; but they do not change and do not reback deposit; also they said they will sell that 2 floats to their regular customers; Dave try to get back some of his deposit, but Forest Cui not answer his call or email , so until today 22th , August of 2018, he still not give back the money
