I contacted this company through their Alibaba profile (which has since been removed). They then followed up via email with all the details of the products. They explained that as a small company, they could not put their invoice through alibaba because of the fees. So I paid independently (stupidly!). I was informed by ‘Liz’ that they would send out the products within 48 hours. It has now been over 3 months and there are no products. She keeps saying “I will check with the factory” or ” I will get you tracking details” but never does. On reading other peoples experiences with this company now on this site, I have accepted that the goods are never coming!
User Recommendations:
Never do business outside of Alibaba with one of their sellers, always use the ‘Trade Assurance’ in place with the website.
