On this Jan., we signed the purchasing contract with Paklite for Sabic origin HDPE & LLDPE off-grade materials, and we paid 20% prepayment after that, but Paklite finally failed to deliver the cargo, so we requested them to make the refund of prepayment,
Despite of our repeated request and even request from Consulate of China Dubai office, Paklite has just given excuses and bogus payment vouchers and trying to cheat us and stall for time of prepayment refund.
