Supplier pretended to be the manufacturer after finding my RFQ on Alibaba.
He took my funds, communicated with my logistics provider fro quite some time and then just started ignoring everybody.
He has done this before:
The Chinese government makes it as difficult and possible to report criminal activity. I have sent emails and communications to so many authorities and they do not even take the time to reply.
User Recommendations:
Reporting crime of this nature to Chinese authorities is impossible.
The authorities ignore you completely.
Also followed a whistle blowing route with the fraudulent suppliers bank and they also just ignore all communications.
As such I have moved most of my imports to Korea. A bit more expensive for the products I require but a more trustworthy situation with better protection against this kind of fraud.
