User Experience:
We have been manufacturing in China for 6 years now and know all the scams and tricks, typically we deal with them through our lawyers but wanted to report this company as well.

We ordered a custom designed product that our company designed. Our PI was for 2 samples, they ended up only sending 1 in the end. The company and representatives are extremely unintelligent. An example, we asked for blue LED’s in the PCB board in the product and 12 times they placed red LED’s. This would happen on multiple occasions with different requests. In the end, they delivered about 10% of what the requirements were and kept our design files that we paid for. They requested that we pay 6X the amount of our PI to receive the files.

“Rain” the salesperson, who is the owners wife, is extremely unintelligent, she lies constantly about everything, and has no business sense.
