User Experience:
We published a RFQ at alibaba.com. The Ningbo Huisen Rubber & Plastic Technology Co., Ltd. is able to meet our tight delivery schedule. And they are a gold supplier. Besides, their name implies they are the factory. Which we will know later, they are actually a trading company.

We paid 40% deposit, and mass production started. Then, Huisen’s show started. Delivery time is missed, so we agreed to deliver in batches. We agreed on 4,000 pcs (56 cartons x 72 pcs/carton) for the 2nd batch.

However, each carton can hold up to 60 pcs only. In other words, the maximum capacity is 3,360 pcs, if all 56 cartons are filled full. And yes, each carton is only half filled. We received only 2,000 pcs for the 2nd batch. And we paid shipping fee for over 1.5 cbm air all the way from China to Singapore.

And Huisen fabricated a factory at Baoji city. And the fact is their factory is at Jiangmen city, which is over 2,000 km away. They want to overcharge shipping fee, and prevent us from inspecting products.

User Recommendations:
Overall, our suggestions. Do NOT order from the factory. If you placed the order, give them 20% deposit maximum. Insist on product inspection at the factory. Open each box, and count the quantity.

Huisen is a shameless unprofessional cheater. They don’t have any bottom line. They will sacrifice anyone’s interests, just to protect themselves.

Be extra cautious with Huisen.
