I would like to place a complaint about this new website customdistros.com and hopefully get a resolution for my issue and warn off other users.
I was searching the net looking to buy Tod’s sandals when I ran into their site. I did a quick research but did not find any information on them at all and I placed the order on June 25th.
The charge was placed on my account 3 times and all of them where higher than what I confirmed on the order confirmation, finally the highest charge posted which was $17 more than what I agreed to.
The name of the recipient on the statement showed as XIJIE CO LTD. This is when things got confusing and more clear at the same time. I realized that this is not a discount warehouse but a Chinese plastic mold factory forging anything you like and charging a high premium.
They do not display their true name and neither do they list their address on their website not even for returns. They posted Goosecraft brand logo as their own. This is false advertising, forgery and a big scam.
The product was promised to be send within 5 days and it took over 2 weeks. When it finally arrived it was a completely wrong item, wrong style and size, not even remotely the sandals they advertised. I looked up online what they sent me and it’s a cheap .99c sandal that you can get anywhere in Asia. I complained to them 2 weeks ago about the wrong product and provided pictures. We have been going through lengthy discussions and they are not sending me the refund and neither they have sent the correct product. Instead they suggest that I place another order with 30% discount and then they will send me the correct product.
I am running out of steam trying to resolve this. I just want a refund and put this all behind.

I have complaint that reviews are linked to physical addresses and scam companies can simply not list their location to dodge reviews and not to have any information about them online. This is a trap for e-consumers.
