User Experience:
We have been talking to that company through the following e-mails: sales1@chinadst.com and sales2@chinadst.com. Initially, even though the professional who we were taking to could not speak/write English properly, we could communicate quite well (the employee was kind, polite and responsible). The company has shown good indicatives of reliability. They shared good technical specifications, excellent product pictures, valid business licenses, DUNS number, legal and fiscal real documents and so on. We also hired a third part, Duns and Bradstreet, to prepare a commercial and financial report about them, just to make sure if we could invest in a relationship. The report has shown good figures. Company was at the average in their business segment and had not registered any inconsistency from our lately discussions and identifications. Financially speaking they had enough capital and were in a good position. So, based on it all we decided to order a sample by US$645,00. However, even though all seems to be right, we preferred to proceed safely and made the payment via an international b2b web platform. That was the best decision we have taken in this process. Because in case of default we could have the money refunded. After one week of payment identification, DASITE hired GLOBAL EXPRESS, a Chinese courier (very poor customer service and tracking system) for delivering. We could not even track the sample. The webpage of the company was in Chinese and the tracking number DASITE informed us was not identified by the courier. It was very strange. However, since all the formal checking has shown that DASITE was a “trustful” company, we thought the problem might be at the courier side (that was really bad also). Anyhow, whenever we had to track the material, we had the obligation to request information to DASITE. We have never experienced it before. But since the employee could not communicate in English well and the courier service was horrible, we thought maybe it could be an explanation for it all. Then, after one week approx., DASITE said the cargo arrived in Brazil in one day and came back to China in another, because a document was missing. It means, the cargo got in Brazil for 1 day only and returned. Is that possible to believe? They tried to say that they dispatched the sample with all the documents except the one that would confirm that sample was not a dangerous material. And even though they did not have made that document, the tried to make us believe that cargo has shipped out from China, then arrived in Brazil and then returned (after the very first day in the Brazilian customs). Incredible. It is impossible. We have never hear something like this in years of experience in the foreign trade industry. In Brazil we could never confirmed the existence of that cargo or tracking number. And the Chinese courier GLOBAL EXPRESS, with their horrible services, could not give us any information either. Anyhow, we said .. OK. Let’s move on. Since the sample did not arrive at our company by DASITE’s mistake, since DASITE did not prepare a document they should have done, we have requested them to dispatch another sample. Then, they have just disappeared. No answers by e-mail, phone, skype, whatsapp, QQ whatsoever. We sent lots of e-mails, not a word from the company anymore. We had the phone number of their legal representative in China. We have contacted them millions of times, no answer. We requested Duns and Bradstreet China (www.huaxiadnb.com) to update the contact details, they said they also could not reach the legal representative anymore. So, this company stands up as a huge problem. We do not have financial losses, but we did waste so much time nurturing what could be a long term relationship. It was a huge time wasting. They are also not professional at all. In case we did not hire a third part (to take care of the international payment), at this moment we would never see our money back, once they did not answer anything, neither said they were sorry or they would offer us some counter measures. They just did not care at all. So, DO NOT PROCEED BUSINESS WITH THAT COMPANY BY ANY CHANCE. They are a fraud. They are SCAMMERS.

As far as payment is concerned, we did not have any losses. Our operational team decided to proceed with that sample ordering in a mostly safe style (making use of an international b2b web payment platform). So, by the time we realized the sample would not arrive, we requested that third part to give us the money back (US$645,00), once we did not receive what we ordered. It means that TIANJIN DASITE IMPORT AND EXPORT CO., LTD, had not delivered what they were committed to do.
