I ordered a clothing item via DH GATE through the manufacturer MANWEISI. Shortly after providing my measurements (i.e. before the order was formally placed / sent to their factory – literally a few hours after sending my measurements), I cancelled the order. I was informed that all is in order and that they will refund me (a few times). It has now been weeks and the seller Manweisi keeps on promising me my refund, but then DH Gate seems to nothing of the sort. They Constantly supposedly refer the query to some department (which seems to be all computer operated) and they cannot provide proof of communication. After receiving an email from Manweisi saying I will receive my refund this week, DH Gate customer service seems to know nothing of the sort. DH Gate does not care about their customers at all.

Stay away from DH Gate, they should be banned from Pinterest as well. Do not do business with these people, they do not deliver on their promises.
