we payed the 30 % for the start of production and latter after container departure we pay all the rest
The total amount of the transfer was 12044.8 Usd (transport included)
After container arrival we discover that the material was not what we order
Is a kind of sand (we are still making analysis) with no Value

We had different lost and penalty for this:
– 12044.8 Usd that we estimate is a fraud from the supplier even he replay sometime and swear us that will make payment back (but still not after 3 weeks)
– Charges for blocking the container in Durres
– Charges from the customs etc
We claim to the supplier to send the material back but they dont accept
We claim to them to send us money back but still not an answer
We make our claims to Alibaba and also made in China but it look like this company has no details to them.
