We are a German company purchasing all kind of promotion items from China and selling them among the European market. This company contacted us directly and offered a BBQ brush. The communication and samples are very good at the beginning. We placed the order and arranged the balance payment. Our contact Mr. Vincent Ray never arranged production. He just took our money and then disappear. From time to time we could reach him by phone and he promised by written mail to refund the deposit.

Never make business with Mr. Vincent Ray. But he is a liar. He lost his face!
