Requested a quote for a very hard to find part, they listed stock and gave me the quote. I placed the order formally with a purchase order. Upon receipt of my order, they sent an invoice with wire transfer information with a promise to ship within 3 days of receipt of the wire. I never received my parts. I have made over 10 attempts at all available email addresses to contact them with no responses. My last email was requesting a refund due to violation of our contract.
