We paid them the down payment given that they provided a good sample. We agreed on the price and then send proforma invoice. During their production, they told us that we need to add more money because the chip they ordered is malfunctioning due to the price. They were the one who ordered the chip. They should know the quality. They said they were scammed by the chip supplier, but that chip supplier was already their old supplier. Then when we agreed to add the price to pay, they said we should pay more so that the production will increase fastness. We said we have given them enough time to produce the item and we do not want to add more. When we said that they became harder to talk to; They are no longer answering immediately. We wanted to cancel the order and ask for full refund because they did not deliver what was agreed upon. They are saying their boss Peter Wang already paid so much, that is why they are asking more money from us. The sales agents were named Lily and Lee. These two ladies were pushing that we need to pay more and they do not want to refund our money. We did not agree on that and when they gave back our money, 2 months already had passed and we are already close to the deadline of our client. They wasted our time and money. When they returned the money, it was lacking 200-300USD. They are saying that is because of the samples, but we paid them for the samples. Then they said because some products were already made, but we did not receive the said products. It was with them all along. It was so hard complaining to Alibaba because they require so much and they do not want to negotiate, they want the buyer and the seller to talk it out. That is why Alibaba is also to blame.
