We came across Yiwu Shegxun on Alibaba. Product samples and communication was great, but everything went downhill after we placed an order. They demanded payment by Wire, which should have been a red flag. Our invoice and agreement was that the quoted cost included air shipment. However, when the order was completed, they said they would only cover sea shipment. HUGE difference in pricing, we would have gone with a different manufacturer if we knew this. When we received the products, they were nowhere near as nice as samples and they were 20% smaller than what we ordered! Yiwu Shengxun refused to rectify the situation.
