In February 2018 we contacted to rachel yin from company ningbo nuahong vacuum cup Co Ltd by alibaba, to ask her for 500ml double-wall vacuum bottle.

This supplier (Rachel Yin from ningbo nuahong vacuum cup Co Ltd) has been lying us in their delivery terms from the beginning and we have lost a lot of money for their delays, because we had to send more than half of the order quantity by air freight.

Apart, he lied to us in the capacity of the bottle, he had charged us the same price of a bottle of 350ml than 500ml (she sent us a sample of 500ml that we approved, but then she sent PI with 350ml)
Another detail is the logo print: we confirmed her logo in laser, but she did it with screen printing.

SUMMARY
1000 units had to be delivered on 14th April
2000 units had to be delivered on 05th May

Finally the delivery period has been as follow:
400 units on May 2 (sent by air freight)
1200 units on May 16 (shipped by ocean freight)
1400 units on June 7 (sent by air freight due to delay)

We have lost a lot of money in this order:
1. We arranged several times the AQF to inspect the goods, we have lost some of them because Rachel lied us and the truth was that they did not have the goods ready.
2. We have had to send by air 1800 units because the delay of mass production.

We have also lost our sales due to not having this material on time.

DETAILS
On february Rachel Yin from ningbo nuahong vacuum cup Co Ltd quoted us a competitive price of 2.48usd for 1000 units and delivery time of 45 days.
It sends us physical sample of the 500ml capacity bottle and we approved it.

28th February Rachel sent us the PI of the bottle to 2.48usd, capacity of 350ml and delivery time 45 days
She changed the capacity and put same price as 500ml bottle.

2nd March, we sent TT of 30% deposit so they could start with mass production. The deadline was 14th April (45 days from order confirmation)

13th April
We confirmed enlargement of this order from 1000 units to 3000 units.
Keeping the delivery time of the first 1000 units at 14th april.

17th April
Rachel Yin from ningbo nuahong vacuum cup Co Ltd writed us saying her new deadlines:
400 units for 25th April (We decided to send them by air)
2600 units on 05th May to send by ocean freight.

25th April
Rachel Yin from ningbo nuahong vacuum cup Co Ltd tells us that only 300 bottles will be ready instead of 400 units.
We sent our freight forwarder to pick them up in the afternoon at 6pm
When the truck driver arrives, Rachel Yin tells us that they CAN NOT send the bottles, because the lids did not fit in the bottles
She tells us that she will do anything to compensate us.

26th April
Rachel Yin from ningbo nuahong vacuum cup Co Ltd tells us to hire air freight of 400 bottles by 30th April and the balance 2600 units by 5th May.

On 30th april the 400pcs are not ready.

2nd May
Finally we send the 400 bottles by air freight.

Rachel Yin informed us that the 2600 units balance with be on 14th may

14th may
We sent the AQF Operations team to do quality control on April 14, but the bottles have NOT been made

16th May
Rachel Yin tells us that they only have 1200 bottles finished and 1400pcs undone.
We sent AQF Operations team to do quality control and we sent the 1200 bottles by sea freight.
There are still 1400 bottles to produce and Rachel Yin tells us that they will be ready in 12 days (on 28th May)

24th May
Rachel tells us that the 1400 bottles will be on 31th May

30th May
Rachel tells us that the 1400 bottles will be on 04th June

04th June
We sent AQF Operations team to do quality control and it does NOT pass it
They had to review the bottles

7th June
We sent AQF Operations team to do quality control and this time it pass.

NOTE: We had to send these 1400 bottles by air freight due to the delay in the delivery time

Never work with this company Ningbo Nuahong Vacuum Cup Co Ltd.
Lie always and even if they say a date then it is a lie.
They have even lied to the inspectors who were going to do the quality control and to our logistics agent who was going to pick up the goods.
They have lied to everyone.
