I have ordered withe Aliexpress Seller Store: “Miss shen Wonderful Store” Store No.1504508
two E27 LED Bluetooth bulbs with speaker integrated. The first came defectiv and the second broke after 30 mins. playing music.
I contacted the seller, he wanted proof in video (aliexpress allows only 5mb files and email the same) so I made a vedo and split it into 10 files and sent them by email. after 8 weeks he agreed to send two new working items, but they never arrived.
Aliexpress customer care listend to my complaints but no buyer protection like mentioned on the website.
Now I order no more with Aliexpress.com but with Wish.com. If something goes wrong, they listen and they refund or replace a defectiv product.
I have contacted the customer service chat from aliexpress two times, there where sympatic ladies chatting with me, but no effect in the end, I have visited many forums where many Aliexpress customer had the same experiance, Customer protection on there websit is just to give the customer confidence but has no effect.
I will buy no more with Alexpress but had good experiances with wish.com
Excuse my bad english, but I my mothertongue is german.

Don’t trust Aliexpress, if something goes wrong, you will get no support by Aliexpress even they write “Buyer Protection” this means nothing.
