In late 2017, we purchased a sample of their canvas fabric which was to our liking.
When it came to placing a bulk order of this fabric we asked if the fabric would be exactly the same as the sample, they confirmed it would be.
Upon receiving the fabric not only was the colour different but there were starch grease stains throughout the fabric making it 100% unsellable. The fabric texture and softness was also not of the same level as the sample.
Upon addressing our dissatisfaction with the product, no attempts to fix the fabric were made by the supplier. A partial credit of 15% off for our next order would be considered. We asked for a refund for the goods already purchased, they declined.
Very poor service, they don’t care about their products, all they want is your money. Don’t trust their samples as what you will receive in a production order is nowhere near the quality you are to expect.
$2000USD worth of fabric + $1500USD in shipping costs down the drain.
