We placed the order, Arranged for the goods to be inspected but they shipped the goods before we could arrange Intertek to inspect them. They sent a copy of the Bill of Lading which showed destination to be our port, Mombasa Kenya. The shipping line confirmed that the BOL was genuine. So we sent the balance of the money. We did not receive the original BOL by courier and we have since found out that the final destination was South Sudan, not our Country, which is Uganda. Someone else took the container.
