I placed several orders of mugs and bowls to them. Third part inspection inside the factory was okay but several weeks after we received the goods 60% of production has cracked. Our warehouse is perfect. Factory recognize that they had problems with the material and paint for the first delivery but they did not recognize any problem for the 2 next productions. At the moment we never receive any money back.
