I ordered the Hifu machine. I had it checked out and released the funds as it appeared to be working. However the minute I pressed the start button on a person it did nothing. The handle was defective and they will not replace it after 47 times going back and forth in conversation. I gave them a bad revue after 39 conversations when nothing happened. They then said they would send a replacement handle only if I changed my revue. I told them I would only remove my bad revue if they sent me a replacement handle,. They again refused until I changed my revue. I have since purchased another handle for another $250 US from a different supplier. I confirmed that their handle is defective. I have kept the entire conversation but it’s more than 150 words.
