User Experience:
We are Traniva International Trading LLC, a trading company located in Dubai, UAE; dealing in plain RFID cards/ plastic ID cards etc. For our requirement of plain PVC cards, we talked to a company by name SHANGHAI RFIDHY TECH. CO., LTD (http://www.rfidhy.com/).

Before placing order, we purchased a box of 200 PVC cards to evaluate quality. Since good quality cards come in white color and cheaper ones in bluish white we had insisted on the good quality white cards and the samples we got with the sample order were good quality white cards. Our customers saw the samples and approved the quality. Based on this we placed order for 100,000 plain PVC cards for USD. 2080. All the 100,000 cards we received were of substandard quality bluish cards. We immediately notified and they said it is batch difference and happens. We had told them prior to order that our customers do not accept bluish and cream or off-white cards. They themselves have told us that their other customers do not accept bluish cards (our skype conversation attached below between me, Varghese M and Sophia Chen of RFIDHY)

[08-Mar-18 10:36:06 AM] Varghese M: Yes. the cards sold here are pure white ones, good quality too. I got low price offer for the slightly blueish cards which some customers rejected. Hence, still on the lookout. Can start at least with 100k, which is not a big volume I know; but ongoing requirements. [08-Mar-18 10:38:25 AM] Sophia Chen: Yes i know the blueish card, some of factory provide this and i also have some customer told me they not accept this. After a lot of communication, they agreed that it is their mistake but are not willing to send me the cost difference between the good quality cards and cheap quality one.

Picture showing the difference of the white sample I got and the cards from the actual ordered quantity is attached; the bluish one on top is the.actual supply and the white one below is the sample provided to confirm the quantity order from my company.
The second pic was sent to me by RFIDHY ascertaining that their cards are white (on the right side) and other manufacturers in china make the bluish cards.

From my experience, they have kept good quality cards to provide as samples and take approval from customers for large quantity order. Once they receive your payment, they can supply you with cheaper quality products. Not all are bad; but some such companies are good talking, send good quality samples, support you well until they receive your money.

User Recommendations:
Never trust a company until you verify their business license copy, office and manufacturing locations, supporting team in Technical, Finance, and at least one person in senior management.

Please small orders initially, until you know the whole process and team with the supplier. If possible, visit their facility to assess them or assign a thirty party agency depending on the size of your order.
