I contact the company for to have price of firewood comprehensive of all tax custom and transport they gave me price tot euro 2580,00 and after that asked me to pay 50% for first installment euro 1290,00 the second installment after the goods arrived .Paid the first euro 1290,00 i was contacted from logistic ( express logistic of Odessa ) asked me address to expedition after 1 day they gave me trace of expedition and the day after when the truck arrived to the custom ( they told that ) they told me to pay euro 1400,00 for taxes and vat etc.etc. by transfer money gram if not truck did not arrived i refused that after a lot mail whit Premier wood they told me that if i wanted refund of sums within a month i could have that. Now they don’t respond never or mail or chat or fax .We have asked refund by CCIPU. ORG but they are disappeared.
