I received a solicit email from the rep named Max Chou 2018 March, started the communication. I picked 3 types of USB from their catalog, all 16Gb and 32Gb. He even send samples to me that worked okay. Price okay, received the Proforma Invoice. We paid the full amount on April 5th thru our bank T/T to their account at Hong Kong HSBC of $4780 USD, including cost of preload the 16Gb and 32Gb. I uploaded our file contents to WeTransfer as instructed for their preload. A few weeks later, they did deliver the USBs to my address in US. But upon testing them, realize all USBs are phony, ie, they all read 16Gb or 32Gb when plug into computer but actually only have 100Mb! There were none that contained the contents I expected them to preload. This fraud not just cause me to lost money, but destroyed my planned promotion campaign. I tried to email Max repeatedly but no response. Their phone no +86 (0) 755/3317-4715 does not work. Their website even disappeared for a few weeks but now is back on to continue their scam.

Never pay them upfront if no business experience with them. Call or visit their physical plant, not just on website. Their website and catalog looked good, references sounded great.
