Received product that had no QC and not functioning. second time that we receive faulty product. Sent pics of the faulty product to the manufacturer to send me the product that I had paid for at no charge but was informed that I needed to place another order with them in order to receive the replacement products. I do not trust sending this company payments any longer, not sure what they will send me once again.

My purchases are small but I just want to make sure that others thinking of making large orders from Aotech or even small ones are aware of the QC issues and their non responsibility when problems arise. We have had problems with other companies in China in the past but they have solved them and this is the way it should be.
