This would have to be the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. They are NOT interested in the customer. They sell you a product with no manual or instructions, tell lies about shipping timeframes by giving a timeframe, then when questioned, saying it was calendar days. How does a ship stop on weekends or public holidays? We’re liaising with a sales person Sage – most unhelpful and not interested. The unit sold to us has no ‘common’ browser, a wrong powercord and is unusable.

ALL OF THIS COMMUNICATION WAS MESSAGED TO MS. SELINA.
JOB TITLE – DIRECTOR. NO RESPONSE FROM HER. Sent many messages with no answer. I needed to message numerous times to receive a reply message. blamed delay on ‘peak production’. Comments like’ don’t worry, trust us’ became very irritating. There was a massive lack of accountability & empathy to our circumstances. When received, unit had incorrect adapter. Their reply – ‘you buy plug in your country’ ‘Do you have an English user manual please. No instructions came with the unit?’ NO REPLY About manual, there is no formal specification because we do it according to your drawing’. This ‘no formal specification drawing’ was supplied by Wivitech to us with the only difference – a hanging arm from 71cm to 80cm. No USB port? Asked to cut hole in the unit. Engineer to advise. NO REPLY. Received the antenna & power plug, with no instructions. We have messaged Wivitech three times with no reply. We currently have a ‘kiosk’ or I should say, 120kg of metal & glass, which is useless, as it cannot be operated, with extra antennas & power plugs – ALL WITH NO MANUALS OR INSTRUCTIONS!

I would also like to repeat that ALL OF THIS COMMUNICATION WAS MESSAGED TO MS. SELINA – DIRECTOR.

  1. hello this is Lily from WIVITOUCH. We’re so deeply to cause this unhappy experience for clients. But still wanna explain the reasons why caused this problem.

    1. It’s a customized product,instead of standard product, so standard product manuel had not been sent to clients.
    Of course we should tell clients in advance and take a video to show him how to use product when receive product.

    2. Customized product need longer production time than normal product, clients is not happy with longer time but accept it finally before payment.

    3. New free power plug had shipped to clinets for wrong power plug, it’s really our carelessness and fault.

    4. This lcd screen is high brightness which required strong sealing performance, equivalent to outdoor IP65. So there is no exposed ports on the machine unless clients tell us his requirements before production.

    For this dispute, we also have a headache about this as well, did lots of work to help clients run the machine, sent free power plug, antenna, USB cable. But client feel angry, don’t listen professional suggestion and explanation 🙁 the customer even rejected our proposal to produce a new machine for him.

    We’re over 11 years Super Key supplier on Alibaba, attach great importance to customer and company reputation. We learned a lots from this order and will do better for other clients.
