1. We had an agreement that I will be his agent in Dhaka, and he will be mine in China for all Non Denim items. But firstly he violated the agreement and he communicated many people here without my knowledge. Also he did business with my ex staffs.
2. For his non delivery i lost the customer Gloria Jeans(Russia), Primark(UK), Vegotex (Belgium) and Stokomani (France)
3. We had an agreement that he will pay my commission 50% after the Bank-to-Bank acceptance, and balance 50% after the payment. After receiving the acceptance and payment he declined to pay my $ 126,000
