Made an initial trial order where they did send what was requested. Based on that we made an order for which we asked some to be sent by air and the rest by sea. When we received the air part we saw that it was not the same as initial trial order. When contacted the sales person, which is extremely rude, a person called Shinee, her attitude was very very negative. We had asked to either return the amount of the merchandise in their warehouse which had not been shipped or let us know the difference in the amount in order to send the same merchandise as the trial order.
