We wish to register a complaint about a company we bought composite deck material from that turned out to be defective and a complaint against the internet company they use to sell and back their material. They will not honor their warranty to replace the defective material as promised.

We received the product in January of 2017 and began the install. After a few months, we noticed the boards were beginning to split and immediately contacted our rep at Coowin, Sarshy Miao and Mack Yang Principle.
We have asked them to honor their warranty that states “…will not split, splinter rot, warping, twisting for a period of twenty years for all of our wpc product.” As of this date approximately 60% of the boards have split in half.

I am over 65 and the labor to install such a project (2000 square feet) was a tremendous hardship. To install this deck I had to strip the old material, add significant new framing and apply the new material…back breaking in the hot Florida sun. My recourse now it to remove deck and replace it with a quality product. They have refused to replace the product.

They have quit communicating with us and will not answer our attempts to solve this issue..
