Please be careful with this company. They are cheaters. Few days ago we ordered firewood and wood briquettes. They send us an invoice and asked 50 % in advance. We payed it and they promised to deliver our goods within 6 days. Two days before they should deliver, logistics (name is Express Logistiks) send us an email asking for additional 1000 euro for Phitosanitary certificate. When we asked Krona woods for an explanation, they told us that their financial director is out for a business trip and they can not sign the payment and ask to do a favor and pay this certificate for them and they will reduce the amount of invoice (remaining 50 %). After we payed it, just couple of hours later they asked another 800 euros for the insurance and then we realized that there is wrong. Obviously, we never received our goods.
