User Experience:
We signed the contract with Daisy Phan in March 15th.We supplied the products totally according to the International standars. The wire tolerance is ±0.05mm.She want 0.86mm.So the wire is 0.81-0.91mm.But now she said our wire is not 0.86exactly.

She had a lot of excuse to reduce our payment:
1. Our payment terms is 30%TT in advance(USD5868.6),But she just send USD1000

2. Her’s farwarder want much much more the usual charges. I have a lot of customers in Vietnam, In usual, the charges is RMB2000-2500. But her’s forwarder want RMB5250. I don’t agree that,One of her word which she told me shows that money is for giving her. She want us send all of documents to her before receiving balance. And asked a lot lot lot of times. I refused always. When finding can’t cheat us, she said our wire is not good. That is really crazy and rascally.

3.When she contact with me,i am silent,That is because i found she cheat a lot of suppliers in China. One of them exposure her’s factory in FUBU which is the biggest trading net in China. I don’t want to contact with her any more.

4.About the quantity,we have the weight documents when loading the container.That is 24tons exactly.

She put our company here. That is totally framed up us.
