Absolutely appalling. They tell lies. They done honour their website for return items when a customer is unhappy. They keep blaming me saying I gave them the wrong information. I gave them very specific the correct sizes and they made the dress 4 inches too small and they asked me to send them photos showing the measurement with a ruler or tape measure. I did this and sent them the photos twice, this dress was order in early March this year and they still wont refund me the 70%. They even had the cheek to try and offer me 2% refund. I’m really angry and they keep telling lies. I will never buy from them as they cant be trusted. The fact that the dress was made the wrong size they wont even accept that they made the mistake. I paid $265 NZD for this really bad experience and I want my refund. I have even offered to accept less than the 70% and they still now trying to get me to agree to 13% refund. I’m not accepting it and Ive told them I will continue to blacklist them until they pay up. This is really disgusting business. They should be permanently stopped from trying to sell their product when they clearly have no idea about honesty.
