I bought sample for G02 gps tracker from this company. They gave a pretty good item with best performance. Than I paid for order and they have sent goods to my country. When I receive it, it was not same as sample, also they have product of shutting down itself even if battery is fully charged. I contact the company that product is not same and performance is worse. (They sell cheap tracker but they are cheaters)They were sorry and said it may be by mistake of workers. We returned goods and waiting for their reply when that they received. We get to know by shipping company that goods have been sent back. We tried to contact them and they totally denied that there is no item coming back from us, after threatening they said there is not quality or performance issue, after sometime they said they cant refund as its against their company’s rule. I ask them to send real product and boom, they cut the contact. Blocked me from everywhere. Our 3rd party (my friend who lives in same city, he helping me to have deal as he is in china) went their factory and they pretended like they don’t know him. They said there was not such deal like that. Even they threaten him to police if he visit their company again. We went to ask police’s help and they somehow proved in Chinese language that we had no deal like that. Now our 3rd party (friend of mine) also cant visit company. They do not contact us. Money and product both is with them. They are such a big fraud. I heard from Chinese friends that this company has many complains of sending wrong goods, not giving any service and scamming people. They are totally fraud people. Please avoid they if you love your money and business.

Do not make any deal with this company. I have dont some digging and found that its so normal for “shenzhen cantrack technology co. ltd.” to cheat people. They dont provice service, they do scaming, they send worng goods and they cut the contact at last. All workers who are in touch with you will say that they are not working in cantrack anymore. (But they are also part of scaming, they just pretend like they are innocent). Just avoid this comapny for better business.

This Buyer is telling lie !!!
Nobody can stand with this fake words and bad words !!
1. The buyer only bought 1pc Product , and used for very long time almost 6 months.
2. The whole payment including shiping cost only for 50USD ( BUT buyer say it is $1000-$3000, Really rediculous !)
3. We indeed received the returned device (he asked his Chinese friend to send us without inform ) , we told him only can repair, NOT POSSIBLE return money ( the truth is the product already used very very bad, the housing with maany many scatches and even broken, Unrecognizable ….) So i guess no any company will agree refund cost.
Even You buy a mobile phone from APPLE company, if you used 6 months, and make it very bad status, and then return to APPLE company ask for full refund, is it possible ????
Everybody should have own basic principle.
we can confirm what is the problem, BUT we can’t stand someone is telling the fake story.
It is really Rediculous, In China, we have the right can ask Police to catch someone only for 1pc Product ? And even though this 1pc product you used 6 months , and make it very very bad status ( we can’t image what happend with the product make it such bad ………..)
