User Experience:
Purchased tiles from the company. They say themselves as manufacturers but they are middlemen. 1st container was all rite but from 2nd container they sent non commercial chipped tiles which we came to know only from the customer. All the tiles were premarked for the defect so the company knew about it

We complained and they agreed to refund in 3 installments in next containers. As this refund was complete and in the very next container they sent all tiles chipped, having marks, bubbles which cant be used in any ways and are totally defected.

We have all evidence to support this claim. All emails & whatsapp conversation. We are in process of filing a lawsuit. Don’t fall under the trap of this company.
