I had been negotiating with this supplier for about 6 months, my contact was Diana, her e-mail was diana@qdxcat.com, her phone number was +8653289751569. I received various samples of the product until we pinpointed the specifications I needed, before proceeding to business I requested their Business Licence, which they gave me without complaint, I checked the validity of the Business Licence in the chinese National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (http://www.gsxt.gov.cn/index.html) and it was a registered company, their information on the registry was almost identical to the information they told me. So I decided to make an Initial Order.

We started having problems, I started getting less and less responses from the company, which didn’t seem to be able to book a container, they asked me for more money in order to ship the merchandise, they said they had miscalculated the shipping costs and they would get no earnings with our current agreement, I said I was not going to pay anything else, if they didn’t want to pay for the shipment then I would book the container myself and pay for it, but I needed my merchandise. They stopped answering about 1 month ago.

Always make sure to visit the company in China, the expense is worth it. Would you rather pay the cost of a trip to China or risk loosing all of your investment? After this experience I know now what I would rather do.
