User Experience:
I purchased an order of machines and one machine transformed melted down within 1 minute. One machine had defective photon function. On 1 machine a broken ultrasonic handle. Another machine won’t turn on. Other machines certain functions won’t work. In total, 5 of 8 machines are defective. One machine handle malfunctioned and burned two of my customers. They had me take photos, more photos, then add descriptions, then videos and after all of this, they refused to replace the machines even though I provided them with dozens and dozens of photos and videos of the defective equipment. Then, the manager of the company blocked my emails. The company offered (after 4 months of fighting with me) to ship replacement machines if I paid for freight, again. The second freight was higher than the first and I had no guarantee the replacements would work any better than the first ones. I emailed Tina back and forth over 50 times and this was the best and final option I was provided. NONE of these machines were checked before they were shipped.

User Recommendations:
To NEVER do business with Nova NewFace and try to not do business with any companies in China if possible. They’re very dishonest, they lie but they’re very polite while they’re ripping me off.
