User Experience:
I didn’t purchase anything from this company, but sent them a quote request via email, and my request was used for a scam.

I asked for pricing and availability of a semikron skiip, as their website said they had semikron products available.

My quote request included the full part number, manufacturer and quantity needed, but the sales person came back just asking me to send some photos and additional information on it. (Her name was Elizabeta Trajkovska)

We had one skip left in our stock room, so I took a photo of the label and sent it to her. Followed up for the next three days, and never got a reply. I then seen the exact picture I had sent to her (I know from the background in picture) along with the description I gave her on the impexron website saying they were available, and to request a quote.

I sent her another email with a link to the picture questioning her. No reply again for a few days – until a customer service sent me a mail saying just “We are unable to quote you”. I done all of the usual checks on this company, and the last thing I was expecting was to have a picture I sent, stolen and used for a scam!

User Recommendations:
Don’t send pictures of parts we have in house to companies I do not know. This is unfortunate because it’s how many companies have recognized a part to quote for me – I didn’t think something like this could come from it.
This was a surprise but shows how desperate scammers are.
I hate having contributed to their scam.
