Its been over a year since I visited the Sales Manager Leo at Huaian Richer Clothing Co. Ltd. I went to visit Leo at his factory in mid May 2017. I was introduced through a business associate who had worked with Leo for many years. My business associate also accompanied me on the trip as he wanted to come along and do an in person meet.

We worked together over 2 days to discuss the details of the range and by the end of the visit Leo agreed he could meet the delivery of end Sept / Oct 2017 delivery. I would pay a 30% deposit to get the ball rolling with production. After this trip there was nothing but delay from Leo. From first sample deadlines through to general communication. With many promises of samples and making deliveries that went unmet as the deadlines came and went I finally decided to cancel the order with Leo in December 2017. Leo agreed he did not meet the deadlines and that he would issue a refund on the 30% deposit. 5 months since the orders were cancelled in December 2017, Leo has not made a refund and has gone completely quiet with one off emails here and there letting me know he is too business and on business trips.

I would just like to let buyers know about this unprofessional drawn out experience I have had with Huaian Richer Clothing Co. Ltd. and I do not wish it upon anyone else looking to buy from China.
