I purchased the machine in September /October 2018
Machine was OK when received but acne treatment and pigmentation never worked
But the CE certificate was fake and machine was seized by the Licencing team
When I tried to communicate with the supplier Vivian and explained she stopped communication
There was no batch and serial number at the back of the machine
I contacted the company Laura as well but they seems completely disappeared and never replied to my emails
No help was available or support and had a loss faces due to this company
Fake CE certification and I had to face the loss
This is not an authentic company
