We purchased stainless steel round bars in grade 1.4541 with specific chemical composition from AMBROSE steel Corporation. We visited their stock before placing the order.
AMBROSE steel call themselves a manufacturer, but they are not. They keep small stock and order steel production from several local small mills who do not have export license.
We wanted to visit the rolling mill and inspect raw material before rolling steel bars. AMBROSE steel refused and presented us a picture from the portable testing gun showing suitable chemical composition.
The delivery time was delayed for 2 months, AMBROSE steel requested increase of price USD 600/Ton 1 month after contract was signed and 20% advance payment paid. The bars were rolled with 2 month delay.
We inspected the product and took sample for testing chemical composition. The actual chemical composition did not meet the contract requirements. AMBROSE steel refused to return advance payment USD 1100 or supply the qualified product. They just stopped to reply emails or calls.
